Do You Have a Personal Connection With Were you, or a family member of yours, ever employed by one of the breweries located in and around Cincinnati? Do you have rare or unusual memorabilia - particularly photographs and documents - related to area breweries? If so, we would love to hear your story! We are looking for your input in any of the following areas related to Cincinnati brewing and beer marketing: *** Previous employment in a Cincinnati brewery, beer distributorship, or bar/store featuring local beers *** Memorabilia pertaining to Cincinnati breweries and where their product was sold *** Photographs of Cincinnati-area breweries while they were operational, and documents related to their business operations (DON'T THROW THOSE AWAY! - We accept donations and will be glad to store those in our brewing archives for preservation and future use, with cost compensation as relevant) *** Interesting and unusual anecdotes about the role of Cincinnati's breweries and beers in your life Timothy J. Holian, the author of Over the Barrel: The Brewing History and Beer Culture of Cincinnati, is looking to document the personal story of those who have connections to Cincinnati breweries, for the purpose of the Over the Barrel project and other, future research work in the area.
